A practice & support group for women

Quiet the worry mind, fears about the future and ruminations about the past, critiques of yourself and others. Become more present for the preciousness of life.
You will get group support for making change with tools to use in everyday life, check-ins about your commitment for the week, and encouragement from others. Group will include explorations on themes common to women that impact mood and self-esteem.

Womens' Practice & Support Group
Thursdays 6:30 - 8 pm East Bay
All levels of experience are welcome. This small group is a safe, supportive place for women who want to live more fully and authentically and/or have mild to moderate problems with mood or anxiety.
Brief phone meeting and a deposit holds your place. There is an initial 6-week commitment to promote group consistency. .
