There is room for all of you... your sadness and regret, your pain and anger, your light and shadow, your disappointment and aspirations, your doubts and dreams.

 

Whether individual, couples or group work, I take a holistic view of healing, growth and change.  All parts of us need care and attention.  Living only in the world of thoughts--without awareness, without connection to our bodies, our heart and our deepest desires--is the cause of much of our suffering. 

 

I will support you in exploring, attending to and integrating all aspects of yourself into greater harmony and balance.  This may include: talk therapy; guided mindfulness practices; learning and practicing new tools; working somatically to access feelings, integrate information or regulate emotions; exploring issues with imagery or expressive arts. I may also encourage you to try out new tools and actions in your daily life to better create real and lasting change.
